I was flying Blue Four on a regular combat mission,

20 April 1945. Roselie vectored us to an airfield at

Neustadt/Glewe. We dive-bombed and made several strafing

passes on the field. We strafed several Me-109's and Ju-88's.

During these passes I observed strikes on both types of

aircraft - one Ju-88 smoking when I strafed it. I claim

one Me-109 damaged, one Ju-88 probably destroyed and one

Ju-88 damaged.
