I)

     I WAS FLYING YELLOW FOUR POSITION IN TURMOIL SQUADRON ON

MISSION V89-1 WHEN WE DIVE-BOMBED AND STRAFED AN AIRFIELD AT

HANDORF. ON MY SECOND BOMB RUN I OBSERVED TWO BOMBS HIT IN A

REVETMENT VERY NEAR ONE PLANE AND WITHIN TWENTY TO THIRTY FEET

OF THE OTHER (JU88'S OR JU-188'S .)  I THEN MADE THREE STRAFING

PASSES ON OTHER AIRCRAFT. ON MY LAST PASS I STRAFED AN U/I

PLANE AND OBSERVED MANY STRIKES.AFTER PULLING UP I SAW THAT IT

HAD STARTED BURNING.

     I CLAIM ONE JU-88 DESTROYED , ONE U/I A/C DESTROYED AND

ONE DAMAGED.
