This website is dedicated not only to those men of the 412th Squadron who undeniably deserve our honor, but to our friends in Normandy who have not and never will forget the sacrifices of the 9th Army Air Force. Those friends such as Rémy Chuinard of Grandville, Normandy who in his book, "A Stormy Sky over Normandy" voiced the sentiments of so many of his fellow countrymen and of others when he reflected, "I have always been fascinated thinking that so many young men left their homeland to fight, and for many of them, to die for a land that was not their own. I believe they should be honored for ever."
